Who are we?

Mind and Soul TeleWellness (MST) is a new and growing practice seeking to reduce barriers for mental health care access through real-time audio-visual appointments. We offer teletherapy and telemedicine with integrative approaches. Our target client populations include children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, if the individual is an appropriate candidate for tele-services.

MST is currently seeking a licensed therapist (LCPC/LCSWC/LGPC/LMSW) in Maryland who can provide remote therapy services to a range of client ages and populations of various backgrounds. There is great flexibility to set your own schedule and conduct therapeutic services remotely!

Job Description:

-Complete biopsychosocial/intake assessments for new or prospective clients

-Develop treatment plans, monitor and review progress

-Provide individual, couple and/or family therapy remotely via webcam

-Maintain documentation accurate to the session and complete notes in a timely manner in the EHR. Records meet the standard of COMAR and sessions are compliant with telehealth regulations. Compliant with HIPAA.

-Maintain a caseload of 15-25 clients on average depending upon needs, severity, and availability

-Consult and refer for in-house medication management when appropriate, or make other service referrals to improve client stability

-Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills

Candidate Requirements:

-Must have a Master’s Degree from an accredited university and licensure in Maryland with good board standing

-At least 2 years of psychotherapy experience with adequate knowledge and practice of therapeutic interventions and treatment plan development

-Must be able to be paneled with most major insurers; current paneling preferred

-Must be able to work independently and function as part of an interdisciplinary team for optimal client care and coordination when needed

-Must own desktop computer or laptop and be able to utilize a webcam (built-in or separate device), operating at least 30fps for optimal real-time interaction with minimum 16′ monitor

-Provide professional therapeutic services with objectivity, embody a strong sense of client boundaries, and ability to effectively communicate

-Be comfortable with the sessions being performed remotely and still convey compassionate, active engagement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
